Mission Trip to Kampala, Uganda
What a great honor and joy it was to baptize young disciples of Messiah in Kampala, Uganda. Baptism is a public declaration of an inner manifestation of the transforming power of the death, burial and resurrection of Yeshua in the life of the believer.
Baptism is a key element in walking in the new life found only in Christ! The youngest in this group was 12 and the oldest 22! All of them were so eager to be Baptized in Yeshua! (Jesus)
I spent time with them discipling them on baptism and some of them even attended daytime conference workshops. There was such a great eagerness to fulfill our Great Commission to make disciples of all nations and baptize them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Romans 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with Him through baptism into death, in order that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we too might walk in newness of life."
